Quick fix
If you’re having technical issues when playing something on the Zenify app, or see a 'Page not available' or 'Something went wrong' error, try these first:
- Restart the Zenify app
- Update the app
- Reinstall the app
Note: You need to re-download any downloaded music and podcasts after reinstalling the app.
Other things to try
- Make sure your internet connection is stable
- Update your device’s operating system
- Close any other apps you aren't using
- Clear cache on your device
